Tomato & Pesto Bruschetta on a white plate


  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 4-5 ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup pesto sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste



  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange the sliced baguette on a baking sheet and brush each slice with olive oil.
  3. Bake the baguette slices for 8-10 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the diced tomatoes, minced garlic, and pesto sauce together.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Once the baguette slices are done, spoon the tomato and pesto mixture onto each slice.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy the delicious combination of flavors and textures!
