Grilled rib-eye steak

Ingredients:

  • 2 rib-eye steaks, about 1-1/2 inches thick

  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Take the rib-eye steaks out of the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature for 30 minutes before grilling. This will help the steaks cook more evenly.
