Hey there, Easter bunnies! Ready to hop into the kitchen and whip up a delicious honey glazed ham? This recipe is a classic, crowd-pleasing dish that’ll have your family and friends hopping with excitement!

Prep  15-20 mins                Cooking  2 hrs

Ingredients:

  • 1 (8-10 lb) fully cooked bone-in ham
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions:

  1. Preheat that oven to 325°F (160°C). Let’s get this party started!

  2. Take that beautiful ham out of its packaging and pop it in a roasting pan.

  3. Grab a sharp knife and score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern. Don’t worry, this is going to make it look super fancy!

  4. Time to mix up that glaze! In a small bowl, combine the honey, brown sugar, dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, and cloves. Give it a good mix until it’s all blended together.

  5. Brush that delicious glaze all over the surface of the ham, making sure to get it into those fancy diamond cuts.

  6. Cover the ham with foil and pop it in the oven. Take a breather and relax for about an hour while it cooks away.

  7. Take the ham out of the oven and remove the foil. Baste it with the pan juices to give it some extra love.

  8. Pop it back in the oven for another 30-45 minutes, basting every 15 minutes. This will make sure it’s heated through and the glaze is perfectly caramelized and golden.

  9. Now it’s time to take that beautiful ham out of the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes. This will help it stay juicy and tender.

  10. Grab your carving knife and get ready to impress your guests with your fancy carving skills. Slice it up and serve it with your favorite sides.

There you have it, folks! A delicious and easy honey glazed ham that’s sure to impress. Happy Easter!
