Sautéed Garlic Herb Green Bean


  • 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper, to taste



  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Add the olive oil to the skillet and swirl to coat the bottom.

  3. Add the green beans and sauté for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are tender but still slightly crisp.

  4. Add the garlic, thyme, and rosemary to the skillet and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the garlic is fragrant and the herbs are evenly distributed.

  5. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Optional: You can also sprinkle some parmesan cheese over the green beans for an extra pop of flavor.
