Mini pizza

Hey there pizza lovers! If you’re in the mood for a quick and easy snack, you gotta try these mini bread pizzas! They’re perfect for a lazy afternoon or a movie night with your friends. All you need are some mini bread rolls, tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and your favorite toppings. Trust me, this recipe will be a hit!

Ingredients:

  • Mini bread rolls or baguette 
  • Tomato sauce or pizza sauce
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese (load it up!)
  • Toppings of your choice (pepperoni, sliced bell peppers, sliced mushrooms, anything goes!)
  • Italian seasoning or dried oregano 
  • Olive oil

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) – we’re getting ready to rock!

  2. Cut your mini bread rolls or baguette into 1/2 inch slices – make sure they’re big enough to hold all that deliciousness!

  3. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet and brush each slice with a little bit of olive oil – because who doesn’t love a bit of extra flavor?

  4. Spread a generous tablespoon or two of tomato sauce or pizza sauce onto each slice, leaving a little bit of space around the edges – don’t be shy, we’re making pizzas here!

  5. Sprinkle as much shredded mozzarella cheese as your heart desires on top of the sauce – the cheesier, the better!

  6. Add your toppings of choice on top of the cheese – let your taste buds guide you!

  7. Sprinkle a little bit of Italian seasoning or dried oregano on top – because we like to spice things up!

  8. Bake the mini bread pizzas in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly – get ready to salivate!

  9. Remove the mini bread pizzas from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving – we know it’s hard to wait, but trust us, it’s worth it!
