Are you ready for the ultimate breakfast indulgence? Look no further than these delicious Nutella stuffed crepes! Made with a simple batter of flour, eggs, milk, and water, these thin pancakes are the perfect vessel for everyone’s favorite hazelnut spread. And let’s be real, who doesn’t love Nutella? Whip up a batch of these crepes for your next lazy weekend brunch or breakfast-for-dinner extravaganza. They’re quick, easy, and oh-so-satisfying.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Nutella (as much as you want, let’s be real)

 

Instructions:

  1. Get ready to whip up some crepe magic! In a large bowl, whisk together the flour and eggs until they’re super happy together.

  2. Gradually add in the milk and water, whisking like your life depends on it to prevent any pesky lumps from forming.

  3. Stir in the melted butter and salt to take your crepes to the next level.

  4. Time to heat things up! Grab a non-stick pan and set it over medium-high heat. Add a small amount of butter and let it get all melty and delicious.

  5. Pour in a small amount of batter (about 1/4 cup) and quickly swirl the pan to spread the batter in a thin, even layer.

  6. Cook the crepe for about 1-2 minutes, or until the edges start to lift away from the pan and the bottom is a gorgeous golden color.

  7. Carefully flip the crepe over and cook the other side for an additional 30 seconds to 1 minute.

  8. Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more butter as needed to keep the party going.

  9. Once all of the crepes are cooked, it’s time for the best part – the Nutella! Spread a generous amount of the chocolatey goodness over one half of each crepe.

  10. Fold the crepe in half to create a half-moon shape, then fold it in half again to form a cute little triangle.

  11. Serve your Nutella stuffed crepes warm and watch your taste buds do a happy dance. Optional but highly recommended: add some fresh fruit or whipped cream for extra pizzazz. Enjoy!
