Lamb and couscous tabouleh with feta

  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese



  1. First things first, preheat your oven to 400°F so it’s nice and hot for our lamb.

  2. Let’s give our lamb some love with some spices! In a bowl, mix together ground cumin, coriander, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper. Then, add in your lamb and toss to coat.
