Chocolate Oatmeal Smoothie Bowl


  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Toppings of your choice (such as sliced fruit, granola, nuts, or coconut flakes)



  1. Add all the ingredients (except for the toppings) to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
  3. Add your desired toppings on top of the smoothie.
