Spring has sprung, and what better way to celebrate Easter than with some fun and delicious bunny-shaped cookies? Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • Pink food coloring (optional)
  • Mini chocolate chips or candies for eyes

 

Instructions:

  1. First things first, preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, taking care to get it just right for maximum cookie deliciousness.

  3. Add in the egg and vanilla extract, and give it a good mix to combine everything well.
