Baked Lobster stuffed shells in a white baking pan

Serves  6-8

  • 1 pound jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups marinara sauce

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook the pasta shells according to the package instructions until they’re al dente. Once they’re done, rinse them in cold water to stop the cooking process and set them aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped lobster meat, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, parsley, basil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything together until it’s well combined.
  4. Stuff each pasta shell with the lobster mixture and place them in a large baking dish.
  5. Pour the marinara sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle some extra parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Once the shells are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

Enjoy your delicious Lobster Stuffed Shells with a side salad or some garlic bread, and don’t forget to savor every bite!
